  • Property information: the property's street address or parcel number, its ZIP code, and the selling timeline you pick.
  • Consent records: when you agree to texts, we record the date and time, the page you were on, the version of the consent wording you saw, your browser and device details, your approximate country, and a hashed form of your IP address, so we can show what you agreed to and when.
  • SMS program data: your mobile number, message preferences, and opt-out requests.
  • Communications: content of messages you send us and our replies, where applicable.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser details, which our website host and security provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver the site and block abuse, and which may be kept briefly in standard server logs.

Cookies and tracking: We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, session recording, or any other third-party tracking tools on this website. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse. Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to switch off, and every visit is handled the same way.

  • Consent: Agreeing to receive texts and calls is not a condition of selling a property to us. You can email us instead.
  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Our commitment: your data is never sold or casually shared

Your privacy is taken seriously. This section is written to be clear and direct. We do not hide our practices in fine print.

We will never sell your personal information. Your name, email, phone number, and SMS consent records are not for sale, not licensed to data brokers, and not traded for advertising or lead-generation revenue. We do not intentionally give your information away.

We store your information only for legitimate, limited purposes, including to respond to you, document your consent, complete a transaction you request, and maintain our business records. After you opt out (for example, by replying STOP), we keep only what is necessary to make sure you are not texted again, including a suppression record of your opt-out. 6. When information could ever leave our control

We do not share your information without your explicit permission, except in the narrow situations below. “Explicit permission” means you clearly agree to a specific disclosure. Browsing our website or submitting a form is not permission to share your data with unrelated third parties.

  • Completing a deal you request: If you ask us to help with a property transaction and you agree to be connected with a potential buyer, seller, title company, attorney, or other party needed to complete that deal, we may share only the contact details required for that purpose. We do not share more than necessary.
  • Service providers under contract: Companies that host and secure this website, deliver our text messages, or provide our email may process your data solely on our behalf, under confidentiality duties, and may not use it for their own marketing.
  • Forced by law: We may disclose information only if legally compelled, such as by a valid subpoena, court order, or warrant. If the law requires disclosure, your data may be taken by force; it is not given away by choice.
